Chocolate Syrup
  1. In a sauce pan combine water, cocoa, sugar, vanilla and salt.

  2. Bring everything to a boil over medium/low heat. Boil for 5 minutes whisking constantly. (I mean it, don't walk away or the chocolate may burn.) The chocolate will start to thicken as it reduces.

  3. Remove from heat.

  4. Add to chocolate sauce to a glass jar, cover and add to the fridge. It will thicken more as it cools.

  5. Syrup is good for 2 months in the fridge!
