Scrambled Egg Chocolate Pudding (sugar Free, Keto, Low Carb)
  1. Place your scrambled eggs into a high powered blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until completely smooth in texture. Taste and adjust your sweetener if needed.

  2. Pour batter evenly into 4 serving glasses and refrigerate until set, about an hour.

  3. Store in the fridge covered, for up to 4 days.

  4. You can make this into ice cream! Pour pudding into your ice cream machine and follow manufacturer's instructions. Enjoy immediately!

  5. For the Ninja Creami, add to the freezer container and freeze for 23 hours. Place into canister, lock and press ice cream button. I did this twice, then pressed Re-spin. It was thick and creamy!
