Spicy Mayo:
Cook the rice as instructed, set it aside to cool down.
Slice the salmon into thin slices.
Shred or chop the imitation crab.
Mix everything for the crab mixture. (Crab, mayo, sriracha, 1 tablespoon of furikake, 2 green onions stalks, salt, pepper and sugar) If it's too dry add some more mayo.
Mix sriracha and mayo together to make spicy mayo. Transfer it to a ziplock.
To a baking pan, add the rice, mixture, layer it with the salmon, sprinkle a generous amount of furikaki, drizzle some spicy mayo, sriracha, unagi sauce and decorate it with green onions.
Bake it at 400 degrees for 20 mins. Then broiler it for another 5.
Cut the seaweed sheets into ¼ or rectangles. Allow it to cool down and enjoy!
