Overnight Berry Chia Pudding
  1. Put dry ingredients (remember to add Optifibre!) in clean, lidded jar

  2. Chop the frozen fruit

  3. Put wet ingredients in jug, then screw the lid on tightly, and shake well.

  4. Refrigerate overnight and for up to 3 days.
