Preheat oven to 180C.
In an ovenproof dish, add the crushed tomatoes, oil, oregano, thyme and pepper flakes. Mix well.
Place feta in the tomato mixture. Arrange the olives and roasted tomatoes around the feta. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately with toasted bread or your favorite crackers.
