Cook the uncooked long grain rice according to package instructions
Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat
Add minced garlic and diced red onion, sauté until fragrant
Add 500g chicken mince and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks
Stir in Chinese 5 spice and cook for 1 minute
Add light soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and honey, stirring to combine
Add green beans and sliced chillis, cook until green beans are tender-crisp
Stir in sliced spring onion
Sprinkle black and white sesame seeds over the top
Serve over cooked rice
