Sesame Ground Chicken With Green Beans
  1. Cook the uncooked long grain rice according to package instructions

  2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat

  3. Add minced garlic and diced red onion, sauté until fragrant

  4. Add 500g chicken mince and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks

  5. Stir in Chinese 5 spice and cook for 1 minute

  6. Add light soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and honey, stirring to combine

  7. Add green beans and sliced chillis, cook until green beans are tender-crisp

  8. Stir in sliced spring onion

  9. Sprinkle black and white sesame seeds over the top

  10. Serve over cooked rice
