Crispy Garlic
Cook Steak
Sauce
Cut the steak into slices.
In a pan, sauté the garlic in oil and butter over medium heat until slightly crispy. Remove from pan and split garlic in half.
Add another 1tbsp oil and 2 tbsp butter then add the beef steak. Add in soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, liquid seasoning, and sugar. Cook through and then remove.
Add Butter and flour to make roux. Slowly add in water until a gravy consistency is reached.
Add in mushrooms, beef cube, black pepper, liquid seasoning, sugar, and milk. Cook through until mushrooms are done.
Add back the cooked beef and half of the crispy garlic. Mix and simmer until beef is warmed through again.
Serve hot with rice and top with crispy garlic.
