Butter Gochujang Brothy Rice
  1. Combine potato starch, salt and pepper in a bowl for the chicken coating

  2. Mix honey, brown sugar, warm water, soy sauce, and mirin together for the marinade

  3. Marinate chicken in the prepared marinade

  4. Coat marinated chicken with the potato starch mixture

  5. In a pan, melt butter and add gochujang and minced garlic

  6. Stir in thickened cream and milk

  7. Add chicken bouillon, paprika, onion powder, and sugar to the sauce

  8. Cook the coated chicken until golden

  9. Combine chicken with the brothy sauce

  10. Serve over a bed of medium grain rice

  11. Top with green onion and fried shallots
