Add onions, squash, herbs, salt & pepper to big mixing bowl
Add flour, breadcrumbs, parmesan & big glug of olive oil
Add water & mix well, get your hands in there to really mix it well, coating everything
Get oven super hot @ 210C (my oven isn't fan)
Give generous amount of oil to lipped baking tray 27X37cm and scatter over 1 handful of semolina
Tip out mix, flatten into even layer, more olive oil, more crunchy salt, final handful of semolina flour
Bake for around 50 mins, mine took 58mins rotating between top & bottom shelf in an attempt to crisp up the bottom
