Protein Egg Bites
  1. Blend one dozen eggs with 1 ½ cups of low fat cottage cheese.

  2. Season with ½ tsp salt and 1 tbsp oregano.

  3. Spray muffin molds with oil, add chopped bacon, diced onion and peppers and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  4. Bake at 375F degrees for 35-40 minutes.
