Preheat oven or grill to 425 degrees.
Mix the biscuit dough according to the package directions using the water and shredded cheese.
Rub some oil on your hands and spread it evenly onto a rimmed 10x15 baking sheet. Be sure to grease the pan or use parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Make the garlic butter sauce and brush all over the dough.
Prebake for 8-10 minutes.
Top with sauce and desired toppings and bake for another 8-10 minutes. Be sure that the crust is nice and crispy. If not, bake for another couple minutes, but watch closely to make sure it doesn't burn.
When it is finished, let it cool for about 5 minutes.
