Heat oven to 350°F (180°C). Combine first 3 ingredients and press onto bottom of 9" (23 cm) springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, just until blended. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over crust.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 50 minutes or until center is almost set. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Run knife around rim of pan. Cool thoroughly at room temperature. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Serves 10 to 12.
