Blend 1 pint of strawberries with 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp sweetener & boil for 10 mins.
Spread on a parchment lined sheet in a thin layer and bake @ 170F for 3-4 hours.
Take it out, lay fruit side down on parchment paper and peel the bottom layer off.
Cut into strips, and spread melted chocolate on them.
Let chill until it hardens and enjoy!
