Pea Fritters
  1. Blend or mash half of the peas with garlic, nutritional yeast and water

  2. Add the other half of the peas, finely chopped herbs, flour, salt and pepper then mix until combined

  3. Shape into small patties

  4. Fry or bake until crispy

  5. Serve with yoghurt, lemon juice, mint and parsley sauce
