Nighttime Knockout Drink
  1. Steep some chamomile, ginger, lavender buds, and cinnamon, COVERED. Set aside.

  2. Muddle 3-4 dark, tart cherries, add in some lemon juice (half a lemon), a pinch of sea salt, some raw organic honey, and top it with some coconut water before giving it a good shake.

  3. Pour over ice, strain your tea blend on top, and try not to pass out before you're finished!!
