Ball up and 4-5 hours Room temp

2-3 hours room temp before cooking

Preheat the @gozney Dome pizza oven at 650 degrees
Stretch the rested pizza dough and drizzle olive oil, add the shredded mozzarella and slice provolone cheese. Fold in half and slide the pizza dough onto the Gozney oven and cook for around 3 minutes making sure to rotate. And cook for another minute.
Check halfway to ensure even cooking and a perfect char on top.
To assemble, open the pizza bread and layer the thinly sliced tri-tip or steak, salt and pepper, sauteed onions and peppers and drizzle the "hot jalapeno honey". Fold over the pizza pocket and slice in half. Devour!
