Coconut caramel crunch
  1. Mix butter, flour, shredded coconut, brown sugar and bake 175C for 20 minutes

  2. Mix condensed milk, golden syrup, and butter, pinch of salt, microwave until caramelised and blend to smooth. Spread on base

  3. Melt chocolate and butter and spread over caramel

  4. Top with toasted coconut
