Place one layer of cake on a cake plate.
Whip cream until soft peaks form.
As soon as soft peaks form, add chocolate syrup, vanilla and rum and gently whip to combine.
Spread some of this whipped cream mixture on top of the first angel food food layer.
Sprinkle generously with Heath bar crumbs.
Repeat with the next two layers.
Frost cake with the remaining whipped cream mixture and sprinkle top with Heath bar crumbs.
Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
