Mediterranean Sheet-pan Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 420F / 220C

  2. In a baking pan with parchment paper, place the chicken breast cubes and all the vegetables.

  3. Season with: salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, sumac, date syrup, and olive oil.

  4. Mix it all well and spread it evenly in one layer on the baking pan.

  5. Sprinkle flaky salt on top and cover with wet parchment paper.

  6. Bake it in the oven on 420F for 20 minutes, then remove the parchment paper, and bake for 7 more minutes.

  7. Transfer to convection broil on 450F and broil it for 5-7 minutes to get a nice golden color.

  8. Garnish with chopped parsley.
