Roasted Cauliflower With Lemon Pepper And Thyme
  1. Preheat the oven to 395 degrees.

  2. Roughly break the cauliflower into florets of all sizes and transfer to a large bowl.

  3. Add the olive oil, thyme and seasoning and toss well to coat the cauliflower.

  4. Spread the cauliflower out on a sheet pan and bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes turning it over halfway through cooking.

  5. While the cauliflower is roasting, place all of the sauce ingredients into a blender except the olive oil and pulse to mix.

  6. With the blender on medium, slowly add the olive oil until emulsified.

  7. Serve the cauliflower drizzled with the mustard sauce or on the side.
