Line a 9" baking pan with parchment
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the softened butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, vanilla, and salt and process until the mixture is mixed well.
Spread evenly into the pan and press so that it compacts.
In a bowl over a double boiler, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter and let melt over the simmering water until the mixture is melted and smooth.
Pour the melted mixture over the base layer and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and once the chocolate has set, slice into squares.
