Add vinegar to water and boil eggs for easy peeling
Prepare an ice bath
Once eggs are cooked, transfer to ice bath and add more ice
Tap and roll eggs all over for easy peeling
In a container, combine equal parts soy sauce and sweetener
Add a splash of water to the mixture
Add sesame seeds, chopped garlic, and chopped jalapenos to the mixture
Add sesame oil to the mixture
Peel the cooled eggs and place in the marinade
Place a paper towel on top for even coverage
Shake the container to coat eggs evenly
Marinate overnight (or at least a couple of hours for impatient cooks)
