Begin by placing the chicken tenders at the bottom of the crock pot.
Add about three tablespoons of tomato paste on top.
Include a generous amount of sun dried tomatoes along with a bit of the oil from the jar.
Chop half of an onion and add it to the pot.
Stir in the minced garlic.
Season the mixture with smoked paprika and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
Pour in approximately one to one and a half cups of chicken broth.
Set the crock pot to cook on low for around 6 hours.
Once cooked, add a splash of heavy whipping cream to thicken the sauce and shred the chicken.
Prepare some tortellini by boiling it to serve alongside the dish.
