Cabbage Croquettes
  1. Cut the cabbage into pieces and put in a saucepan.

  2. Pour water and milk, boil for 15 minutes.

  3. Fry finely chopped onion with grated carrot and grated garlic.

  4. Put the fried vegetables in a bowl, break two eggs, and season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and chili flakes.

  5. Shape into croquettes and fry on both sides for 4 minutes.

  6. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, mustard, and chopped dill, and add salt.
