Mix warm water with sugar and instant yeast until dissolved.
Sift plain flour into the yeast mixture, then add salt and cumin. Knead the ingredients until a thick, sticky dough forms.
Grease your work surface and hands with oil, knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour until it doubles in size.
Grease a large pan with oil and transfer the risen dough into it.
Spread the dough evenly over the pan's surface, cover it with a towel, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Place the pan on the stove over low heat and cover with a lid. Fry the bread until golden brown on the bottom.
Once the bread comes off the bottom easily, flip it with a plate and cook the other side until golden brown.
Remove the bread from the pan, let it cool, and serve as desired.
