Bread Without An Oven
  1. Mix warm water with sugar and instant yeast until dissolved.

  2. Sift plain flour into the yeast mixture, then add salt and cumin. Knead the ingredients until a thick, sticky dough forms.

  3. Grease your work surface and hands with oil, knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour until it doubles in size.

  5. Grease a large pan with oil and transfer the risen dough into it.

  6. Spread the dough evenly over the pan's surface, cover it with a towel, and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  7. Place the pan on the stove over low heat and cover with a lid. Fry the bread until golden brown on the bottom.

  8. Once the bread comes off the bottom easily, flip it with a plate and cook the other side until golden brown.

  9. Remove the bread from the pan, let it cool, and serve as desired.
