Prepare Chicken
Mix flour, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken to coat.
Cook Chicken
Cook chicken in oil and 2 Tbsp butter until golden. Remove.
Make Sauce
Melt remaining butter. Cook shallot and garlic until softened.
Deglaze with wine and broth. Reduce by half with basil and oregano.
Stir in cream and cream cheese until thickened.
Fold in spinach until wilted.
Return chicken to pan. Simmer until cooked through.
Serve with Parmesan.
