Blend 1 cup milk and 1 scoop Simply Vanilla Protein Powder from Clean Simple Eats until combined. Let it sit for five minutes so that some of the foam dies down.
Whisk in ½ packet of sugar free banana cream Jello pudding (you may need to add a little extra to get it to the right consistency)
Pour banana pudding mix over 4-5 Nilla wafers
Spread a thin layer of reduced fat Cool Whip on top
Stick banana pudding in the fridge for 10-15 minutes or until sets
Top with crushed Nilla wafers
