Cottage Pie
  1. Cook off onions first then add mince and chop up with the wooden spoon. Cook until meat is browned through

  2. Add bouillon, flour, pure and YR then mix well. Cover almost fully with boiling water

  3. Allow to simmer as you add the finely chopped vegetables. Cook for another half an hour

  4. Boil your potatoes and then mash with butter cream salt and pepper

  5. Do the same for the broccoli

  6. Assemble. Add the mince to your container - this will fill a 9x13 inch tray

  7. Top with peas. Add the potato. I added with the ice cream scoop and it was very successful

  8. Cook for between 45 and 60 minutes at 180°C fan
