In a bowl add the chicken strips, mix in all of the seasonings, coating them well.
Take a strip, dip it in the egg and then the cornflakes, patting them in well, set aside. Continue with the remaining chicken strips.
Set your air fryer to 190c, and spray the tray with a little cooking oil. Place the chicken tenders in a single layer. Cook for 16 minutes, turning half way through.
In a pan, on low heat, add the butter, once melted add the jalapeños, garlic and sauté for 2 minutes, now add the sweet chilli sauce, sriracha, jalapeño flakes and smoked paprika. Mix to combine, and simmer for a few minutes. Now add the water and stir.
Check the chicken is cooked through and remove from the air fryer. Pour over the sauce or glaze with a brush and serve immediately.
