Cook pasta in salted water, cooking 1-2 minutes less than package directions as it will cook longer in the sauce
Save 1 cup of pasta water to thin the sauce if needed
In a large skillet, cook meat until no longer pink
Add diced onion and minced garlic, cook 3-4 minutes on low heat until onions are soft
Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and broth, cook 8-10 minutes on medium-low heat until sauce thickens, breaking down tomatoes
Stir in cream cheese, paprika or cayenne, salt, black pepper, and Calabrian chili until combined
Add cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and pasta water to the sauce
Mix gently and serve hot
