Vomacka Soup Recipe​
  1. Prep the vegetables. Peel and cut potatoes into bite-size chunks. Dice onion, carrots, celery, and green beans.

  2. Sauté onion and garlic in butter until fragrant.

  3. Add carrots and celery, cook for 3–5 minutes.

  4. Add potatoes and green beans. Optionally, add chopped dill.

  5. Season with herbs, salt, and pepper.

  6. Pour in broth and water. Simmer for 15–20 minutes until potatoes are soft.

  7. Mash a few potatoes to thicken. Add cream or milk.

  8. Stir, serve warm, and enjoy!
