Start by adding flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder to a bowl, crack in an egg and whisk it to a smooth batter
In a separate bowl, add panko
Dip each chicken thigh first in the flour mixture, then the panko until it's nicely coated
Fry on both sides till it's golden brown, should take between 5-7 mins
Add vegetable oil, sliced onions and carrots to a pan, sauté for 2 mins and then add a cup of water along with maggi. Simmer for 8-10 mins or until the carrots and onions have cooked through and softened
Add the Japanese curry block and mix it in well, then add your ramen along with any of the sauces and seasonings. Add your veggies, I like pak choi, and pop the lid on so the veg and noodles can cook for 2-3 mins
The it off the heat and top the noodles with the fried chicken, eggs, chillies and spring onions
