Healthy Big Mac Bowl
  1. Dice white potatoes and place in a bowl

  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika

  3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes

  4. While potatoes cook, prep iceberg lettuce and yellow onion

  5. Make mac sauce by combining greek yogurt, ketchup, mustard, finely chopped pickles, and pickle juice

  6. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to the mac sauce

  7. Heat a skillet and add ground beef

  8. Cook ground beef and remove excess liquid with a paper towel

  9. Season ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and worcestershire sauce

  10. Plate potatoes and top with American cheese slices to melt

  11. Add cooked ground beef on top of cheese

  12. Top with lettuce, onion, pickles, and mac sauce

  13. Finish with sesame seeds and serve
