Baby Veggie & Egg Breakfast Bites
  1. Mash the steamed broccoli and carrot.

  2. Add the eggs, 40 ml water, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

  3. Stir in shredded cheese.

  4. Lightly oil a baking tray or mold and pour the mixture in.

  5. Bake at 325°F for 20–25 minutes, or until the bites set and pop out of the mold easily.
