Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease or line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in the almond butter and cocoa powder until fully combined. Fold in some chopped Tom & Jenny’s caramels.
Pour the mixture into your prepared dish and smooth the top. Optional: add chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Let cool before slicing into squares. Melt more caramel on top. Enjoy!
