Magic Chinese Ginger Milk Pudding – No Gelatin Needed!
  1. Extract Ginger Juice – Peel and grate about 100g fresh ginger, then squeeze out 2 tbsp of juice. Use immediately!

  2. Pour 1 tbsp ginger juice into each bowl.

  3. Prepare Milk Mixture – Dissolve milk powder and sugar in cold milk, then strain to remove lumps.

  4. Heat the Milk – Warm the milk to 175°F (80°C) until steam forms (but don't boil!).

  5. Combine & Set – Pour the hot milk evenly into the bowls with ginger juice.

  6. Wait & Enjoy – Cover and let it sit for at least 5 minutes until set. Enjoy warm or chilled!
