Preheat oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 350°F).
Brown the beef in a skillet. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let it cool slightly.
Flatten each biscuit dough round and add 2 tbsp of beef and 1 tbsp of cheese to the center.
Seal each dough ball tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Brush each with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake for 14–17 minutes or until golden brown. Air fryer version: cook for 8–10 minutes in batches.
Brush with extra garlic butter after baking and serve hot.
