Homemade Chocolate Syrup
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine water, sugar, cocoa powder and dash of salt.

  2. Mix until no clumps remain and stir constantly until the mixture begins to thicken and simmers.

  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

  4. Add vanilla and stir.

  5. Store in glass jar in the fridge for 1-2 weeks
