Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a bowl.
Pack into a loaf pan.
In a small bowl, stir together the topping ingredients and spread over the meatloaf glaze.
Bake until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) using an instant-read thermometer (cooking time will vary by pan, typically 45–60 minutes).
Remove from oven and let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing so the juices stay in the loaf.
Serve with your favourite sides–we like mashed potatoes and peas.
