Protein Pizza
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Add the eggs and almond milk and mix until a dough forms.

  4. Press the dough into a greased pizza pan or baking sheet, forming a crust.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is lightly golden.

  6. Remove the crust from the oven and top with shredded mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.

  7. Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
