Chop all bell peppers (1 of each color) and red onion
Drain all canned beans and corn
Chop cilantro and crumble feta cheese
In a bowl, combine juice of 3 limes with ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
Add ¼ cup red wine vinegar to the dressing
Mix in 1 tablespoon chili powder, salt, pepper, and garlic mix
Add 1 tablespoon garlic powder and ½ tablespoon honey
Add a splash of garlic oil and 1 teaspoon salt to dressing
Combine all chopped vegetables, beans, corn, cilantro, and feta in a large bowl
Pour dressing over the mixture and toss well
Serve with lime tortilla chips
Store in refrigerator for up to 3-4 days
