Spray a 9x13 smoker safe dish with cooking spray.
Combine diced hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken, ½ of the melted butter, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Mix together well and spread out evenly in the pan.
Top with 1 more cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Crush about 2 cups of ruffles chips and spread over potatoes.
Pour the other half of the butter over the top.
Smoke at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are cooked through and the top is nice and crispy.
Oven directions- Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour or until potatoes are cooked through and tender.
