Chicken Chukani
  1. Marinate chicken breast with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, cumin powder, salt and pepper

  2. Heat ghee in a pan and cook the marinated chicken

  3. Add onions and chilies to the chicken

  4. Cook until chicken is tender and well-cooked

  5. Garnish with fresh coriander

  6. Serve with rice
