High Protein Waffles (38g Protein, No Protein Powder Required)
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and use an immersion blender to blend until smooth (use a regular blender if you don't have an immersion blender)

  2. Lightly coat a waffle maker with oil (avocado oil recommended)

  3. Use a ¼ cup measure to pour batter into waffle maker and cook about 3 minutes (1 serving makes 6, 4-inch waffles)

  4. Serve as-is or top with fruit, sugar free syrup, honey, or nut butter such as blueberries and PBFit
