Black Bean Protein Brownies
  1. Blend beans, milk, oil, maple syrup, flax egg and vanilla until smooth

  2. Add protein powder, cocoa and baking powder. Blend briefly

  3. Fold in chocolate

  4. Bake in silicone moulds at 180°C (fan 160°C) for 14–17 mins

  5. Cool fully, then chill before eating
