Honey Glazed Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and minced garlic to make the glaze.

  3. Place salmon fillets in an oven tray. Salt & pepper. Brush the glaze over the salmon.

  4. Put the salmon in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
