Sausage Bagels
  1. Heat griddle or skillet to medium heat.

  2. Melt butter, add bagels, then press a golf ball size piece of sausage into the center of each on.

  3. Gently smash and cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook for 3 more.

  4. Check the internal temp for 165 before removing.

  5. Serve plain or with cream cheese / fried egg!
