Season stewing meat with salt
Fry until brown, add in some minced garlic
Add in some sour kimchi and fry together
Add in onions, green onions
Fry with gochujang and gochugaru
Pour in kimchi juice and anchovy broth/bone broth/umami stock
Simmer for a while
Season with soy sauce, sugar
Add in tofu, spam, pea shoots, enoki mushroom or whatever your tongue desires
Top with green onion, sesame seeds, or sesame oil
Dip your rice and burn your tongue
