Add chicken thighs to a heavy-bottomed pan with a little sesame oil and place over medium-high heat
Cook for 6-8 minutes on one side until golden then flip
While cooking, combine all sauce ingredients together
Once thighs are flipped, add the sauce to the pan
Cook for another 5-6 minutes, basting the chicken in the sauce frequently, until cooked and sauce is thick and glossy
Serve with rice or noodles, vegetables of choice, and top with sesame seeds, spring onion and fresh coriander
