Put mayonnaise, sour cream, and yogurt in a large bowl. I used this mixture because cheese and mayonnaise are fatty, so yogurt (especially Greek) will perfectly enrich the flavor but will not increase the fat content.
Add a minced garlic clove to enhance and emphasize the flavor of the cheese.
Then, transfer blue cheese crumbles to the mayonnaise and yogurt mixture.
Add a pinch of fresh black pepper. Mix everything well.
It tastes best when the flavors mix. I recommend making it 1-2 days before use to enjoy the full flavor.
Add chopped parsley or one teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce to enrich the flavor further. However, this is optional because the combination of garlic, sour cream, and cheese is ideal.
